Registration Process

The online payment represents only a first step in the registration process. To complete your registration, you must appear in person at one of our locations.

Payments

All payments can be made by cash, INTERAC, e-transfer, or credit card. Online payments are applied to your registration but do not guarantee a completed registration until it is finalized in person at a location.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. In certain situations, a credit may be granted at the discretion of the driving school.

Attendance and Appointments

Students must arrive at least 5 minutes before their class.

  • Any delay of 15 minutes or more will automatically result in denial of access.
  • A minimum notice of 48 hours (business days only) is required to cancel or reschedule a class.
  • Any notice given outside of business days will not be accepted.
  • Any missed appointment without prior notice may be charged.

Class Requirements

Students must bring the required materials to each session.

  • A valid learner's permit is mandatory for practical driving lessons.
  • Each attendance must be signed; otherwise the module will need to be repeated.

Class Modifications

The driving school reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a class in the event of:

  • Weather conditions
  • Mechanical breakdown
  • Medical conditions
  • Or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control

Conduct

The school reserves the right to refuse a student deemed unfit to attend a class, including any person under the influence.

In such a case, the class will be considered as completed (used).

Communications and Marketing Consent

By submitting your information on our website, you expressly consent to being contacted by our team via:

For purposes including
  • Follow-up on your registration
  • Appointment reminders
  • Promotional and marketing communications

You may withdraw your consent at any time.

In accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), we are committed to protecting your personal information.

We collect personal information (such as your name, email address, and phone number) in order to:

  • Process your registration
  • Communicate with you
  • Provide and improve our services
  • Carry out marketing activities (with your consent)
Your information is
  • Kept confidential and secure
  • Accessible only to authorized personnel
  • Never shared or sold to third parties
You have the right to
  • Access your personal information
  • Request corrections to your information
  • Withdraw your consent at any time

Limitation of Liability

The driving school cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control.

In order to guarantee you a service / cost ration, we operate with payments. All payments can be made by cash, INTERAC payment, e-transfer or credit.
The student must bring his books to each theory session and his notebook for his practical courses.
Students will be refused entry into the class if they are more than 15 minutes late.
It is your responsibility to take into consideration appointments for theoretical courses and/and road trips. Any confirmed appointment is deemed to be made.
If you are unable to attend, you must call the Driving School within a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or report a theoretical session or a practical course.
It is your responsibility to remember to sign the attendance sheet when attending a theoretical or practical session. If you forget to sign, you must resume the unsigned module.
The outings on the road are 55 minutes each (5 minutes of briefing + 45 minutes of driving + 5 minutes of debriefing).

Drive & Go reserves the right to postpone or cancel courses without notice, in the event of extreme weather situations or unforeseen situations beyond our control.
The student must attend school at least 5 minutes before his theoretical or practical course.
School officials reserve the right to refuse anyone who appears to be under the influence or unfit to attend a theory or conduct session. However, the course will be busy.
Every student will not be able to take a practical course if he does not have or is not in possession of his valid learner’s license or if he arrives more than 15 minutes late. The course will also be busy.
